Stingray Marine Solutions announces new chair.
Stingray Marine Solutions has appointed Kristin Skogen Lund as chair of its newly formed board, as the sea lice laser technology company prepares for its next phase of growth under majority owner Novo Holdings.
The appointment was announced alongside broader changes to the board, which now includes several experienced figures from Norwegian industry.
“Stingray is an exciting company that has made impressive progress in recent years, addressing major challenges in an important sector,” Skogen Lund said in a statement. She previously served as CEO of Schibsted (2018–2024), Director General of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (2012–2018), and Group Executive Vice President at Telenor (2010–2012).

“With Novo Holdings as our new majority shareholder, we now have opportunities we could previously only dream of,” Breivik said. “We’re very pleased to have this support and to be closely aligned with both our owners and the new board members as we pursue our ambitions.”
