Gael Force appoints new sales managers to support international growth.

Gael Force Group has appointed two new sales managers as part of its export growth strategy. The appointments follow a targeted recruitment drive aimed at strengthening the company’s position in key international markets.

Sigurður Steinþórsson will focus on Iceland, bringing sector-specific experience in aquaculture. Alessandro Ciattaglia will cover Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, drawing on a background in marine and aquaculture sector sales.

The company stated that both will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, supporting product innovation, and maintaining customer relationships in line with Gael Force’s long-term international strategy.

Group Sales Director Jamie Young said the appointments reflect the company’s commitment to “sustainable, carefully managed export growth.”

Gael Force Group is based in Inverness, Scotland, with manufacturing and assembly sites across the Highlands and Islands, Argyll, and Moray.
