Echo Falls launches new salmon caviar flavor and packaging
Echo Falls Seafoods has expanded its salmon caviar range with the introduction of a wasabi-flavored product and redesigned retail packaging.
The Monroe, Washington-based company, which markets itself as the leading premium smoked seafood brand in US grocery stores, said the new caviar combines the flavor of salmon roe with wasabi and is aimed at consumers seeking stronger flavors.
Both the new wasabi caviar and the traditional variety will be available in updated 2-ounce packs designed to improve visibility and merchandising options in seafood and deli departments.
Echo Falls said the new products are available for order now, with deliveries beginning in fall 2025.
