Be Personnel wins sole supply recruitment contract at Mowi’s Rosyth plant.
Scottish recruiter Be Personnel has secured a two-year contract to act as the sole supplier of temporary-to-contract staff at Mowi’s consumer products facility in Rosyth, Fife.
The agreement covers recruitment for production, hygiene and warehouse roles at the site, as well as support for permanent hiring. Delivery will be managed from an on-site office at the plant, staffed by a dedicated team.
The Rosyth facility is the largest salmon processing site in the UK, employing around 1,000 people during peak periods. It produces more than 250,000 ready-to-eat meals each week.
The contract extends an existing relationship between the two companies, which has been in place for seven years. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Be Personnel, headquartered in Inverness, focuses on recruitment for food processing and industrial sectors. The company said the contract is its largest to date and marks an expansion of its presence in central Scotland.
For Mowi, the move consolidates recruitment through a single supplier at a key processing site, as the company continues to manage labour requirements in a high-throughput production environment.
