Insider buys shares for €2 million in Atlantic Sapphire

Board member, Alexander Reus, now owns 1.75% per cent of the company.

A press release sent this morning shows Reus acquired 400,000 shares in Atlantic Sapphire at a price of NOK 48.8819 per share.
Following these transactions, Alexander Reus holds a total of 1,098,840 shares in Atlantic Sapphire, corresponding to 1.75% of the outstanding shares and votes.

Atlantic Sapphire last traded for NOK 47.50 per share. Based on this, Reus is now sitting on shares worth a value of EUR 5.4 million.

Alexander Reus is an attorney focused on dispute resolutions in the field of investment activities and he often assists larger institutional investors. A German citizen residing in Miami, Florida , Reus is currently Managing Partner of the law firm DRRT.

Atlantic Sapphire has been operating its site in Langsand, Denmark since 2011 and is currently building the world’s largest land-based aquaculture facility for salmon in the world in Miami.
