Departing AquaChile exec was part of the launch of the Verlasso salmon brand in the United States.

Moises del Rio, who served as the Global Business Manager for AquaChile, has announced his departure from the company after an eight-year tenure.

During his time at AquaChile, del Rio played a key role in advancing sustainable salmon farming and establishing the Verlasso Salmon brand as a leading name in the North American market.

In a post on LinkedIn, Del Rio expressed gratitude for his experiences and the strong partnerships formed during his tenure.

“This journey has been marked by making significant impact, deep market penetration, and the establishment of strong, lasting partnerships,” del Rio wrote. “Together with a dedicated team, we have brought premium-quality salmon to consumers across North America, positioning Verlasso Salmon as one of the most recognized salmon brands.”
