Aquaculture feed producer BioMar has announced the appointment of Derek Kohn as the new Managing Director for BioMar Chile starting November.
Kohn, a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership experience in the salmon farming industry, has previously served at a number of major industry players including Australis Seafood, MultiX, and Mowi.
In his most recent role, Kohn was the Commercial & Processing Director at Australis Seafood.
BioMar Chile, which is part of the Salmon Division of the BioMar Group, currently provides feed solutions to a wide range of salmon farmers in Chile and is one of the largest business units within the group.
