BioMar Chile starts using ROVs to make feeding more efficient

The robotic technology will first be available in the Los Lagos region.

According to Aqua, the incorporation of the ROVs (Remote Operated Vehicles) will make feeding more efficient.

“The technical knowledge and experience acquired over the years in the formation of our technical team is no longer enough. The time has come to incorporate technology to complement and optimize the work on the ground, and thus see what they can do that humans can’t. The technological revolution is part of our intention to constantly innovate with new mechanisms that allow us to generate real value for our customers, ” said Eduardo Suazo, BioFarm (BioMar technical assistance) Manager.

The first use of ROVs will start this month.
