Vessel discovered deep beneath the sea but no news on missing crew yet.
The Chilean Navy has announced on Twitter that they have found the salmon feed barge “Navsur IV” 106m deep beneath the waves, just under 4km from the north coast of Skyring, Río Verde, Magallanes Region, Chile.
The vessel went missing on Sunday with three crew members – who have not yet been found yet. The above was corroborated by an ROV.

Divers are currently planning to drop to the ship to search for any workers.
Blumar subsidiary Bluriver told the publication that “during the afternoon of this Sunday, May 5, the company Navsur Transport of the company Soldasur, owner of the vessel Navsur IV, which was providing services for the transfer of fish feed from the farming center, warned us of the sinking of the barge with three crew on board in the sector of Seno Skyring, Commune of Rio Verde .”

The emergency inflatable raft is believed to not have been activated.
The identities are not yet confirmed.
