European sushi operator taking over Yo! Sushi flagship restaurant

Sushi Fabrique taking over on Tottenham Court Road site in London, UK.

In a press release, Sushi Fabrique writes that it is launching in London next month.

Its first UK outlet will open on the 1,956 sq ft ground floor site in Tottenham Court Road in Bloomsbury, London, is expected to open on a date in February. YO! Sushi – now known as Yo! – put its flagship on the market last year.

The 90-cover restaurant will serve Pan-Asian cuisine with a big focus on sushi.

Surveyors Jack Coats and Tom Richards, of Restaurant Property, said: “We are delighted to help Sushi Fabrique secure their first London site. They are a leading European operator with around 20 sites in Europe, focusing on fresh produce, high-quality ingredients and exciting, ever-evolving menus.”

A spokesman said: “Sushi Fabrique brings a new level of sushi quality and freshness to the heart of London that has not been seen before, combining a superior level of food taste with a cosy and innovative atmosphere that will deliver a unique experience to the customer.”
