ScaleAQ Software has appointed Aurora Bekkevold as sales manager, effective November 2025. She will be based in Bergen.
Bekkevold joins from Grieg Seafood, where she was key account manager responsible for strategic customers, negotiations and sales strategy. She has earlier experience at Lerøy Seafood Group and GreenPowerHub, combining aquaculture and software roles.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business development and innovation from Kristiania University of Applied Sciences, with a focus on change management and sustainability. According to ScaleAQ Software, Bekkevold’s decade in Chile’s coastal regions and fluency in Chilean Spanish, Norwegian and English support the company’s international customer work.
Director of sales and professional services Stephen Budgeon said Bekkevold brings a commercial mindset and cross-industry experience aligned with the company’s digital transformation goals. Bekkevold said she looks forward to contributing to growth in technology, sustainability and innovation.
