Grieg Seafood will stop publishing full quarterly reports and instead move to half-year reporting, the company said in a stock exchange announcement.
The change follows the sale of large parts of the company’s operations to Cermaq during 2025.
Grieg Seafood said the shift reflects the company’s smaller structure and the fact that short-term fluctuations can create volatility in quarterly results. The company believes half-year reporting provides a more appropriate basis for communicating the underlying development of the business over time.
With the change, Grieg Seafood becomes the only salmon farming company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange that produces salmon at sea but does not publish full quarterly reports.
The company will still release harvest volumes and selected financial key figures on a quarterly basis.
The new reporting structure takes effect immediately, meaning full reports for the first and third quarters of 2026 will not be published. The next full financial update will be the half-year report scheduled for 27 August.
