Advisory firm Inaq adds new partner as it targets growth.
Inaq has appointed Kristian Henriksen as a new partner, according to a statement from the company.
Henriksen joins from Optoscale, where he holds global customer responsibility and worked with clients across major salmon-producing regions. He has around 15 years’ experience as a project manager and advisor, including time as a partner at BDO.
“Inaq is in an exciting phase, with clear ambitions for further development. The appointment of Kristian is an important part of our strategy, and his broad experience in commercial leadership, advisory work and international client engagement will be highly valuable for us going forward,” said Nina Santi, chief executive of Inaq.
Inaq provides advisory services across the seafood value chain, working with clients ranging from start-ups to listed companies. During 2025, the firm carried out projects in Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Sweden, Scotland, the Netherlands and Norway, and said it has plans for further expansion.
“Kristian’s experience from advisory work, project management and strategy development, combined with operational experience from leadership roles in the seafood industry, gives us exactly the competence we need for the next phase of Inaq’s development,” said chairman Frode Blakstad.
Henriksen said he was looking forward to joining the firm after a long professional relationship with its leadership.
“After having known both Frode and Nina for nearly 15 years, I am very much looking forward to starting together with them now in January,” he said.
“There are very few environments with comparable specialist expertise across fisheries, aquaculture and the associated supplier industry, where my competence can genuinely help further strengthen collaboration with clients. That makes it especially motivating to be brought in at a stage when the company is clearly investing for growth, and I look forward to contributing to continued growth and value creation together with the team.”
