Russian salmon farmer Inarctica will pay a 2025 dividend of RUB 878.7 million (€9.7 million) after shareholders approved a distribution of RUB 10 (€0.11) per share.

The dividend is payable no later than 11 August.

The latest payment follows the company’s final dividend for 2024, bringing total distributions for that year to RUB 4.4 billion (€48.4 million), or RUB 50 (€0.55) per share.

Inarctica, Russia’s largest producer of farmed Atlantic salmon and trout, increased its standing biomass by 33% to 30,100 tonnes at the end of 2025. Revenue fell 22% year-on-year to RUB 24.6 billion (€270.6 million).

Under IFRS, the company reported a net loss of RUB 2.2 billion (€24.2 million) for 2025, compared with a net profit of RUB 7.8 billion (€85.8 million) a year earlier, reflecting the impact of the revaluation of biological assets. Adjusted net profit declined 79% to RUB 2.1 billion (€23.1 million), while adjusted EBITDA fell 54% to RUB 5.7 billion (€62.7 million).

Inarctica farms Atlantic salmon in the Barents Sea in the Murmansk region and trout in the Republic of Karelia.
