Former Benchmark exec Rudi Ripman Seim has joined Innovasjø Aquaculture.
Rudi Ripman Seim, formerly head of production in Norway and global fish health at Benchmark, concludes his 12-year tenure with the company and will now take up the role of General Manager at Innovasjø Akvakultur, commencing November 6.
“Today is my last day at Benchmark and it has been a fantastic journey over the past 12 years,” Seim wrote on LinkedIn.
Seim, who has been employed at Benchmark since 2012, was previously Head of Fish Health. He has a Masters in Aquamedicine Biology from University of Bergen and a BA in Business Administration from Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen.
