Kingfish and Kaldvik placed on Euronext penalty bench.
Euronext Oslo Børs has placed aquaculture companies The Kingfish Company and Kaldvik on its ‘Penalty Bench’ after the companies failed to publish their annual reports within the deadline required by Euronext Growth rules.
The decision takes effect immediately, the exchange said on Tuesday.
The Penalty Bench is a separate category for companies that do not comply with exchange regulations. Companies are returned to ordinary listing status once the breach has been remedied.
The Kingfish Company is a land-based producer of yellowtail kingfish in the Netherlands, while Kaldvik is a salmon farmer based in Iceland.
Both companies will be removed from the Penalty Bench once they have fulfilled the reporting requirements, according to Euronext Oslo Børs.
