Kaldvik has delayed publication of its 2025 annual report from 12 June to 19 June, the Icelandic salmon farmer said in an Oslo Børs disclosure.
The company needs more time to complete remaining audit and review procedures tied to its annual financial reporting, it said.
The delay pushes Kaldvik’s annual general meeting to 30 June, later than previously planned. The company said it will publish an updated financial calendar.
Kaldvik is Iceland’s largest salmon producer, with a fully integrated value chain. It is dual-listed on Euronext Growth Oslo and the First North Iceland Growth Market.
The disclosure falls under Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
Investors will look to the 19 June report for full-year figures and any explanation behind the postponed audit work.
