NP Innovation appoints new leadership team in Iceland.
NP Innovation has appointed Magnus Thor Asgeirsson as Managing Director of NP Innovation Iceland, effective 8 July 2025.
Asgeirsson brings extensive aquaculture industry experience from previous roles at MSD Animal Health and Vaki. He will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic growth initiatives in the Icelandic market.
In parallel with the appointment, Sölvi Snæfeld, founder of Aqua.is (now part of NP Innovation), will transition into a new group-level role focused on business development and strategic partnerships. Gunnar Helgason also joins the Icelandic team as Sales Manager. Helgason brings a background in both technical and commercial roles and is expected to strengthen client relations and sales performance.
