Lower harvest volumes reported at Måsøval as Q3 update released

Måsøval harvests 6,022 tonnes in Q3 2025, down 16% year-on-year.

Norwegian salmon farmer Måsøval harvested 6,022 tonnes gutted weight (GWT) in the third quarter of 2025, according to a trading update released on Monday, representing a 16 percent decrease compared with 7,138 tonnes in the same period last year.

By region, the company reported 1,352 tonnes from Region Mid, 2,592 tonnes from Region West, and 2,078 tonnes from Co-location sites. In Q3 2024, the total included 43 tonnes from Frøya Laks.

The company will publish its complete third-quarter report on 18 November 2025.

Måsøval, based on the island of Frøya in central Norway, is a fully integrated producer of Atlantic salmon with more than 50 years of operational experience. The company controls the entire value chain from smolt production to harvesting, processing, and global sales.
