Mowi loses royal warrant.
The Royal Warrant Holders Association has confirmed that Mowi Scotland is no longer listed among current royal warrant holders.
The royal household did not disclose the reason for the withdrawal. Royal warrants are reviewed periodically and their grant or removal does not in itself indicate endorsement or censure.
Mowi, which held the warrant for about 35 years, said it “does not comment on decisions made by the royal household,” adding that it had been honoured to hold the distinction.
