Nina Santi appointed CEO of advisory firm INAQ

Founder Frode Blakstad, who established INAQ in 2002, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman.

Norwegian seafood advisory company INAQ AS has announced the appointment of Nina Santi as its new CEO effective from January 1, 2024.

Santi joined INAQ in November 2022 and brings a wealth of experience from her previous 15-year tenure at AquaGen, where she served for seven years as CEO.

Her background includes work as a veterinarian and time as associate professor in aquatic medicine at the Norwegian School of Veterinary Sciences. Complementing her expertise, Santi has pursued additional education in technology management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and BI Norwegian Business School.

INAQ offers a range of advisory services to seafood companies and investors globally, specializing in strategic development, transaction support, sustainability, and corporate governance.

Santi expressed her commitment to leading INAQ into a new growth phase, recognizing the considerable opportunities that lie ahead for the company. “It is an honour to be given the opportunity to take INAQ into a new phase, where we see significant potential for growth,” she said.
