Optimar strengthens management team: appoints Bratseth

Norwegian equipment supplier Optimar has appointed Lene Christin Bratseth to a new management role focused on sustainability and business development.

Bratseth, who is set to join the company on March 1, will transition from her current position as a senior adviser in the seafood department at Sparebanken Møre.

Prior to this, Bratseth was the CEO of Yapril for eight months and the CFO of PatoGen for three and a half years. Bratseth also brought her expertise in communication and investor relations to HAVFISK, where she served for nearly five years.

Bratseth’s appointment aligns with Optimar’s strategic focus on the green shift, which is increasingly seen as essential for future competitiveness in the industry.

Bratseth’s expertise in the seafood industry and her focus on sustainability are expected to play a crucial role in driving Optimar’s business development strategies while adhering to environmental best practices..
