In an announcement on Monday, Oslo Børs said Kaldvik had been removed from its penalty bench after filing its 2025 annual report on 19 June.
The Icelandic salmon farmer was placed on the penalty bench on 2 June after failing to publish the report by the required deadline.

Kaldvik previously said it needed additional time to complete the remaining audit and review procedures related to its annual financial reporting.
With the annual report now submitted, Oslo Børs said the company is no longer in breach of the exchange’s continuing obligations.
