Processing machinery producing giant BAADER has confirmed that Robert Focke is retiring, with responsibility transferring to Dennis Schreiber and Nils Kuehnel.
During his tenure, Focke oversaw changes to international sales structures, expanded project delivery capabilities, and strengthened long term customer relationships. BAADER said he also played a role in developing early career talent within the business and in maintaining organisational continuity during a period of growth.
The company said the transition to Schreiber and Kuehnel has been planned in advance and is intended to provide continuity while supporting the next phase of development for BAADER Fish.
BAADER said the new leadership structure is expected to maintain operational stability while continuing to focus on collaboration and future oriented growth.
