Proximar appoints new HR and HSE managers in Japan

Land-based salmon farming company Proximar has announced the appointment of Junipei Kasai and Hiroyuki Suzuki to senior staff roles at its Japanese subsidiary, Proximar Ltd.

Kasai will serve as Human Resources Manager. He holds certifications as a Class 1 Health and Safety Officer and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, and brings more than 20 years of experience in HR and labour management.

Suzuki has been appointed Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager. He brings extensive experience in workplace safety and environmental compliance.

“I’m very satisfied that we now have successfully hired managers for the important staff functions HR and HSE,” said Proximar CEO Joachim Nielsen. “I am confident that Mr. Kasai and Mr. Suzuki will both play important roles in our organisation, and I’m happy that they have chosen Proximar as their employer.”
