SalMar registers new share capital following Wilsgård merger
SalMar has completed its triangular merger with Wilsgård AS and SalMar Farming AS, issuing 1,631,943 new ordinary shares as merger consideration to Wilsgård shareholders.
The transaction, first announced on 22 April 2025, has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
Following the registration, SalMar’s share capital stands at NOK 33,846,878.75, divided into 135,387,515 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.25 each.
The board of directors approved the share capital increase on 22 April 2025 under an authorisation granted by the company’s annual general meeting on 6 June 2024.
