SalMar reveals final harvest figures for 2023

SalMar harvested a total of 254,100 tons of salmon for 2023.

The world’s second largest producer of farmed salmon, SalMar, has disclosed its consolidated harvest volumes for the fourth quarter and the full year of 2023.

For Q4 2023, the harvest volumes are as follows:

  • Farming Central Norway: 42,300 tons
  • Farming Northern Norway: 31,400 tons
  • SalMar Aker Ocean: 2,300 thousand tons
  • Icelandic Salmon: 7,200 thousand tons
  • Total: 83,200 tons

The full-year figures for 2023 are as follows

  • Farming Central Norway: 141,100 tons
  • Farming Northern Norway: 92,800 tons
  • SalMar Aker Ocean: 2,300 tons
  • Icelandic Salmon: 17,900 tons
  • Total: 254,100 tons

SalMar is set to release its complete Q4 2023 report on February 15, 2024, at 06:30 Central European Time (CET).
