The company’s listing on the Santiago Stock Exchange will be the step before arriving on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
According to Aqua, the fishery and aquaculture conglomerate Camanchaca already operates as a holding company at the Santiago Stock Exchange, but now the company will make a new listing under the name of “Salmones Camanchaca SA”.

The purpose of the listing of the fish farming subsidiary Salmon Camanchaca is “to strengthen the financial position, access specialized capital markets in the industry and prepare the company for its plan of expansion and investment in the following years.”
Shareholders met on Thursday, September 14, and decided to register the subsidiary Salmones Camanchaca SA. That decision was ratified by submitting the necessary documents to begin the process of opening its stock market listing in Chile to the regulatory body.
