Former Krüger Kaldnes exec Per Håkon Stenhaug has been appointed CEO for management consulting and executive search firm Seafood People.
The industry veteran, who joined the company as Director of People & Executive Search last December, has been given the tap on the shoulder to succeed co-founder Thomas Bakke, he announced on LinkedIn on Monday.
He has previously served as Director of Business Services at Pure Salmon Kaldnes and as the Head of HR, Marketing, and Communication at Krüger Kaldnes. As well as a previous spell at Seafood People, Stenhaug has also held notable positions at Norwegian recruitment firm People and in marketing for NHST/ Dagens Næringsliv.
Seafood People is a consultancy aimed at, among other things, management, recruitment, strategy, analysis, project management, communication and design for the seafood industry. The company has its head office in Bergen, with advisers in Chile, the UK, the USA, Hong Kong and New Zealand.
