Sekkingstad appoints new CFO.
Sekkingstad has named Torstein Klokk Pettersen as its new chief financial officer, the company announced in a statement on Friday.
Pettersen joins from First Seafood, where he also served as CFO. Based at Sekkingstad’s operations on Sotra outside Bergen, he will take responsibility for the company’s financial strategy, digital development, and economic and operational reporting.
“I am really looking forward to taking on this role. Sekkingstad is a company with clear direction and strong ambitions, and I am excited to contribute to its further development,” Pettersen said.
Chief executive Andreas Mikalsen said Pettersen brings a strong mix of financial expertise and sector knowledge, and will be an important addition to the group’s leadership team.
