Norwegian aquaculture technology and service provider Smir Group has established a new service company, Smir SET, to consolidate its service and aftermarket services.
This move aims to support further growth and meet high market demand.
“There is currently a high pressure in the market and great demand for Smir’s products. We therefore need more good heads and hands on the team to deliver our services overall. To provide the customer with even better help, we are now gathering our service and aftermarket services in the company Smir SET,” said Frank Øren, owner and business developer at Smir Group.
Earlier this year, Smir Group acquired KB Gruppen, a service and diving company in Rørvik.
The company is currently searching for a general manager to lead Smir SET.
