Bravo Seafood appoints former Fish Pool chief to sales role.
Bravo Seafood AS has appointed Søren Martens as Adviser for the Contract Market and Sales Manager for Europe.
Martens co-founded the salmon exchange Fish Pool in 2006, where he served as chief executive until earlier this year.
In his new position at Bravo, Martens will focus on salmon and trout sales to European clients across both the spot and contract markets.
“Bravo Seafood has impressed me for many years, and I’m excited to contribute with my experience and network to continue the company’s success,” Martens said in a statement.
The company said his appointment would strengthen its position in what it described as “a tough and competitive market.”
