Hoping to capitalise on healthier alternative to pork.
Australia’s largest salmon farmer Tassal has released a salmon bacon in a bid to get more fish on breakfast plates.

MailOnline reports that the Tasmanian salmon farmer lauched the product in Coles – which has 807 supermarkets throughout Australia.
Tassal claims that the slices are thin enough and crispy enough to resemble much-loved bacon.
Though, it’ll set customers back around EUR 6 per pack, about double the price of an average pack of bacon (EUR 3.3).
