Carlos Guzmán Vial to replace veteran Thomas Puchi.
Aquachile has announced via a financial report that six directors of the company have resigned their positions and Victor Puchi will step down to make way for new chairman Carlos Guzmán Vial, as reported in La Tercera.
Mr Vial is currently the general manager of Agrosuper.
Agrosuper announced it is planning a USD 340 million share issue in AquaChile. The capital increase agreed in July of last year will not be carried out.
Agrosuper recently completed the aquisition (99.71%)of Aquachile to become the biggest salmon company in Chile, and the second largest in the world.
