Mowi senior executives exercise 1.04 million share options

Norwegian salmon farming giant Mowi has announced that participants in its senior executive share option scheme have exercised a total of 1,040,643 options, corresponding to 1,040,643 shares at a strike price of NOK 187.50 per share.

This exercise follows the adjustment of the number of options from the originally awarded 0.93 million to 1,040,643, in accordance with the company’s dividend payments provision.

To fulfill its obligation to deliver the shares, Mowi purchased 1,040,643 of its own shares on the same date at a price of NOK 189.20 per share. This purchase was conducted under the authorization granted at the annual general meeting on 30 May 2024. As a result of these transactions, Mowi continues to hold zero treasury shares.
