Tidal, an AI technology provider for the aquaculture sector, has appointed Ingar Bergh as its new CFO. Bergh joins from Capsol Technologies, where he helped take the company from a private firm to a publicly listed business with global operations.

Bergh brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management, capital markets, investor relations, and business development. At Tidal, he joins the executive leadership team.

His mandate covers strategy, strengthening the company’s financial and operational foundation, and supporting further growth. The appointment is part of Tidal’s stated push to expand internationally and accelerate AI adoption across the global aquaculture industry.

“Tidal has a rare combination of technology, strong market position, and significant growth potential,” Bergh said. “The aquaculture industry is increasingly adopting data-driven and autonomous solutions, and Tidal aims to be the leading technology platform for the sector.”

Tidal CEO Rajesh Jadhav said the hire reflects the company’s current growth phase. “Bergh has broad experience in finance, capital markets, and scaling technology companies,” Jadhav said. “With Ingar on board, we strengthen both our financial and operational platform.”
