Badinotti Chile has appointed Andrés Elicer as commercial manager, the company announced on 19 March. Elicer joined the team in January 2026.

Elicer holds a degree in aquaculture and brings more than 20 years of experience in the sector, built primarily at a leading salmon industry supplier. His background covers strategic commercial management, business development, and long-term client relations.

In the role, Elicer will lead Badinotti Chile’s commercial strategy, focusing on a combined product-and-service model backed by local presence and on-site technical support.

“One of the main benefits for our clients is having a single supplier that integrates products and services, with local presence and deep knowledge of the Chilean salmon industry,” Elicer said. “Badinotti has been operating in Chile for 25 years, and that experience allows us to support clients with solutions aligned to their operational reality.”

General manager Alex Gildemeister said the hire is central to the company’s commercial push for the year. “His vision and experience will be key to leading the launch of the new products and services we have planned,” Gildemeister said.
