Mowi has raised NOK 2.7 billion (€251.1 million) through a dual-tranche senior unsecured green bond issue.

The offering consists of a NOK 2 billion (€186 million) five-year floating-rate tranche priced at three-month NIBOR plus 1.10%, alongside a NOK 700 million (€65.1 million) five-year fixed-rate tranche carrying a 5.524% coupon.

Mowi said the entire issue and coupon exposure will be swapped into floating-rate euros. The transaction was described as well oversubscribed.

Proceeds will be used to finance projects under the company’s updated Green Financing Framework published in May 2026.

Settlement is scheduled for 3 June, with the bonds expected to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Danske Bank, DNB, Carnegie, Nordea and SEB acted as joint global coordinators, while ABN AMRO, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Rabobank acted as joint lead managers.
