Nordlo: to deliver IT infrastructure for Arctic Seafarm land-based salmon facility.

Nordlo has signed an agreement with Arctic Seafarm to supply IT infrastructure and operational services for the company’s land-based salmon farming facility under development in Nesna, Norway.

The installation will support a data-driven production system at the planned facility, which targets annual output of up to 15,000 tonnes of salmon.

Nordlo will deliver network infrastructure, wireless systems and client hardware, and will also be responsible for monitoring and operating the site’s IT environment.

According to Nordlo, the system will enable Arctic Seafarm to collect and analyse production parameters including oxygen saturation, water temperature and other operational data used to optimise fish health and production performance.

Installation is underway, with final delivery scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.

Arctic Seafarm’s Nesna project is based on a flow-through system in which water is drawn from external sources and treated before discharge.

Nordlo, headquartered in the Nordic region, provides cloud and IT infrastructure services and reported revenue of SEK 2.5 billion with around 1,000 employees across Sweden and Norway.
