Salmon Evolution shareholders approved all proposals at the company’s annual general meeting on Wednesday, including the re-election of board chair Tore Tønseth for a further two-year term.

The company said all resolutions were passed in accordance with the proposals set out in the meeting notice, including the renewal of board authorisations.

Following the meeting, the board comprises Tønseth as chair, alongside Jan Emil Johannesen, Vibecke Bondø, Peder Stette and Anne Breiby.

Shareholders also elected Ingvild Vartdal, Erik Valen and Eunhong Min as deputy board members for two-year terms.

Salmon Evolution operates a land-based salmon farming facility at Indre Harøy on Norway’s west coast using a hybrid flow-through production system. The company is pursuing a phased expansion of the site.
