The North Atlantic Seafood Forum opens in Bergen on Tuesday, with organisers expecting more than 1,150 delegates, surpassing last year’s record attendance.

The annual conference, widely regarded as the largest executive-level seafood business gathering globally, brings together senior figures from across the seafood value chain, including harvesting, aquaculture, processing, finance, technology and investment.

This year’s programme includes presentations, panel discussions and one-to-one meetings covering market developments, sustainability, geopolitics, technological innovation and capital markets. The event also provides a platform for investors to meet listed and private seafood companies.

“The continued growth in delegate numbers is a strong recognition of the quality and relevance of the conference content we deliver year after year,” said NASF’s chief executive. “More importantly, it underlines how vital this meeting place has become for the global seafood industry. At a time of rapid change and increasing complexity, the opportunity to gather the industry’s top executives, experts and investors under one roof in Bergen is more important than ever.”

Since its launch, NASF has positioned itself as a leading global meeting point for seafood executives and decision-makers. Organisers say the 2026 edition again confirms its role as a key annual forum for strategic discussion and industry networking.
